Area possibilities
We are looking for 3-6 participants at a time
We provide programs below during SEP
・Pharmacy , University , Hospital ,Company (1day tour) ・Welcome party ・Farewell party ・Sightseeing for 2 days ・Workshops

Program Schedule : August 17 – August 31, 2026（2 weeks)」

Available months and cities
We will offer the program in Kanto, Japan
Tentative schedule in 2026 Summer SEP Kanto area( include Tokyo): August 17 – August 23 (7 days) Move to Nagoya city: August 24 Tokai area( include Nagoya city): August 25 – August 31 (7 days)
The japan sep team is located throughout 5 areas of Japan. We offer placements in 5 areas, but it’s not sure to have SEP in all areas.
- Hokkaido area (nothern Japan)
- Kanto area (eastern Japan)
- Tokai area (middle of east Japan)
- Kansai area(middle of west Japan)
- Kyushu area (western Japan)
- The Japan Summer SEP will be held for 2 weeks in August.
The Japan Winter SEP will be held for 2 weeks in February.
The deadline for applying for Summer SEP is 15th April.
The deadline for applying for Winter SEP is 15th October.
The details about the program (the period, area) will be decided around May/November.
Type accommodation
Students will stay at the hotel. It costs around 7,000-12,000 JPY/night.
Board, pocket money or other financial benefits/remuneration
No financial benefits or remuneration will be provided. Total cost of Japan SEP; Flight tickets, Transportation fee(mainly trains) , Accommodation fee, participation fee, food. The participation fee will be around 20,000 JPY for attending events such as Welcome and Farewell party. It doesn’t include the expense of food and the accommodation.
We recommend you to prepare approximately 10.000 JPY per day. (At least you need 3,000 JPY per day for food and 2,000 JPY per day for public transportation)
※If you cancel any site visits or workshops in the SEP program due to any circumstances, please note that the participation fee will not be refunded.
Language requirements
We use English during SEP as the means of communication.
NOTE: English level of Japanese staffs depends on the person as we speak English as second language.
Other requirements
If you understand about medical system or the role of pharmacist in each occupation, it won’t be problem.
Information on Work Permits and Visa
Normally you don’t have to get Visa to come to Japan if you stay less than 3 months but some students from specific countries are needed to get it.
Please check whether you need Visa or not. If you need an invitation letter, we will issue it! so please let me know in ahead.

Selection procedures will be excecuted by SEO.
We prioritize the students who put 1st on Japan, would like to know about Japanese cultures!
Moreover, Students who are familiar with Japanese are preferably welcomed.
