Nationalities subject to visa or e-visa: Nationals of all other countries can obtain their e- visa online or at Ivorian embassies and consulates.
Please note: Passengers who do not have Ivorian identity documents (passport or identity card) are considered foreign passengers, even if they have multiple citizenships. They must therefore be in possession of a visa. How do I get a visa? Online e-Visa Procedure: Several years ago, Côte d'Ivoire introduced the requirement for travelers wishing to enter the country in order to obtain a biometric visa. The e-visa procedure takes place in two stages. First of all, the payment of the e-visa (€73) must be made on the dedicated website (snedai.com/e-visa). A certain amount of information must then be provided online. Despite its archaic and amateur appearance, it is the official website for issuing visas. No other sites or ways to obtain a visa are allowed.
You can get your biometric visa upon arrival at Abidjan airport with a copy of the pre- authorization received by email,
PLEASE NOTE: The response time means that you must apply at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to Côte d'Ivoire. Embassy procedure: if you are not eligible for the e-visa or if the type of visa you wish to obtain cannot be obtained through the e-visa procedure, you can go to the nearest Ivorian diplomatic representation with the necessary documents (see the addresses of the Ivorian embassies by clicking here https://snedai.com/liste-des-ambassades/).
