Type accommodation
At AEF-UB, we offer students the possibility of staying in a shared flat with other SEP participants, or alternatively, you may choose to find your own accommodation. Please note that rent in Barcelona is generally expensive, with an average cost of around 600 euros per month.
We believe that sharing a flat is the best and most affordable option, as it helps create stronger connections among students and provides a unique and enriching experience. In addition, shared flats ensure good access to public transportation, a safe living environment, and the convenience of having all administrative procedures and housing arrangements handled by our team.
It is IMPORTANT that you inform us when applying if you already have a place to stay—whether with acquaintances or through accommodation you intend to find on your own—as this information is essential for us to manage housing properly and secure a suitable flat with the correct number of places for the SEP students, and so that we can take it into account when evaluating your application.
