Length of training periods
1 week(preferably at least 2 weeks) to 1 month for placements. Students are welcome to stay longer to discover the country.

Please do not apply for the East Tallinn Hospital Pharmacy(2/2 full) and Tartu Town Hall Community Pharmacy(2/2 full) internships as we have found applicable candidates! We are thankful for all the interest!
Hospital Pharmacy: Placement(s) available in Tartu University Clinic's hospital pharmacy. 1-2 students during mid-June-August for 1-2 weeks, period must be agreed with pharmacy beforehand as it's greatly affected by their summer vacations.
Research: 2-3 placements at the Univeristy of Tartu, research areas being pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical technology(pharmaceutical 3D printing, bioprinting, electrospinning). Duration 2 weeks-1 month during September-November.
We are currently in the progress of trying to secure more hospital pharmacy and community pharmacy internships. Expect more details after April 1st.
Type accommodation
Student is responsible for paying for accommodation, it costs around 150-250€ per week in decent hostels, we can assist with finding it. Staying with a host for free is unfortunately not available for Summer SEP 2026. For the Tallinn placements, Ida Tallinna Keskhaigla provides cheap housing for all staff, including interns(5.8 EUR/night).
Possible to stay with SEO's family for free during a Saaremaa trip.
Board, pocket money or other financial benefits/remuneration
No financial support provided for flights/accommodation costs. But SEO willing to cover some costs related to the social/cultural activities.
Language requirements
A good command of English.
Other requirements
We prefer students who are in their third year of study or further along and for some community and hospital pharmacy placements we favour students who have some compounding experience(compounding courses in university count).

SEO will provide an invitation letter that can be used for the visa application.
